This product contains: Rice bran, which may cause allergic reactions such as urticaria, angioedema, bronchospasm, itching, and cough. Pumpkin, which has caused anaphylactic reactions in some people. Spinach, which may trigger allergies in individuals sensitive to latex or moulds (e.g. Alternaria alternata, Cladosporium herbarum, Aspergillus fumigatus). Beetroot, part of the Chenopodiaceae family, may cause reactions in people allergic to beets or chard. Additional precautions: People with a history of cancer should not exceed the recommended dose. Individuals with seizure disorders should not exceed 400 μg folate (1 capsule). Megaloblastic anaemia patients must be evaluated for vitamin B12 deficiency, as folate can mask its symptoms.
