Refund Policy
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items. This policy exists to protect the integrity and safety of our products.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Refund process
Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this time the order may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled.
